The Messy Path to Clarity
They say design is a linear process, but in my experience, the most impactful solutions rarely come from a textbook. My UX process often starts in a place of beautiful friction—a tangle of conflicting user needs, technical constraints, and "what ifs."
To some, this initial phase looks like chaos. To me, it’s the most energizing part of the journey. I don’t just follow a rigid checklist; I dive into the mess. I’ve learned that by embracing the uncertainty of Problem Finding and Framing, I can uncover insights that a standard template would miss.
This isn't just how I work; it’s who I am. I’m the person who stays up late on a Sunday night because a logic flow finally clicked. That "Monday morning energy" comes from the genuine joy of shaping something tangible out of the unclear. I don't just solve problems—I enjoy the puzzle.
